RedPodium offers a variety of reports, each designed to answer different questions about your event. Whether you’re tracking revenue, reviewing registrant details, monitoring check-in activity, or analyzing coupon usage, choosing the correct report ensures you get the data you need without extra filtering or confusion.
This guide walks through the most commonly used reports and explains what each one does best, so you can quickly determine which export fits your specific reporting goal.
Which Report Do I Need?
We recommend using the Registrant Data Report if you would like to export information about your registrants, including their registration options, selected sessions, or meal choices.
We recommend using the Transactions Report to export the full transaction history of your page(s), including charges, refunds, and chargebacks. This report is best if you need to see all financial activity for your account, and you're only looking for the total amount processed and the type of financial activity. If you need a detailed breakdown of what was purchased within each order, we recommend using the Registrant Data Report instead.
We recommend using the Attendee Report if you utilize our Check-in app and want to download attendance data and redemption history based on check-in information.
We recommend using the Order Ledger Report when you need to understand both the item-level details of an order and the complete financial history behind it. The Order Ledger Report combines transaction data with a detailed breakdown of the registration options, add-ons, products, taxes, discounts, and other financial items included in each order. It also preserves a running history of order changes, making it ideal for reconciling revenue and payouts, investigating discrepancies, and understanding how an order's financial totals have evolved over time. The Order Ledger Report provides the most complete picture for financial analysis and reconciliation.
We recommend using the Webconnex Payments Payout Report when you need to reconcile bank deposits for transactions processed through Webconnex Payments. This report displays settled transactions grouped by payout batch, with each financial transaction listed on a separate line, including payments, refunds, chargebacks, and other payout activity. This report includes a running merchant account balance, making it easier to see the total revenue received, fees deducted, and the final net amount deposited into your bank account. This report is best used for reconciling your books and understanding how each payout deposit was calculated.
We recommend using the Products Report if you want to see how many of your add-ons, experiences, and products were sold through the Merchandise field.
We recommend using the Coupons Report if you want to see a summary of the coupons on your page(s) and their usage. This report gives you an overview of each coupon, including the code, how many times it was used, the discount amount, the expiration date, and the page it's tied to. If you want to see which registrants used a specific coupon, we suggest pulling an Registrant Data Report instead and using the Coupons field within that report.
We recommend using the Ambassadors Report if you utilize our Ambassadors feature and want to download a list of your ambassadors, ambassador codes, and signup counts.
We recommend using the Signatures Report if you utilize our Terms of Service feature and want to download finger signatures that were submitted on your page.
We recommend using the Waivers Report if you utilize our Waivers feature and want to download PDF waivers that were submitted on your page.
We recommend using the Membership Report if you utilize our Memberships feature and want to download information about memberships on your account.
We recommend using the Teams Report if you want to see information about your teams, such as the team name, team password, captain information, and team size.
We recommend using the On-Site Sessions Report if you utilize our Mobile Pay Pass feature and want to download information about your Mobile Pay Pass sessions and revenue.
