FAQs
When I disable billing on my registration page, why does it ask me to put a credit card on file?
When you disable billing on a page, the system will ask you to put a credit card on file (if you don't already have one added) because free registrations are $0.99 per registrant and that fee will be paid on your monthly invoice via a card on file. This fee is waived if you are already hosting paid events on RedPodium or another product.
If I host a paid event in TicketSpice or RegFox, is the fee for my free events waived in RedPodium?
Yes, the standard $.99 per free registrant fee is waived on RedPodium if you have already hosted a paid event in TicketSpice or RegFox, or if you have accepted donations on GivingFuel.
