Managing user access in your RedPodium account is simple and flexible. You can invite unlimited users at no additional cost, ensuring that everyone who needs access has their own login. We recommend assigning individual logins to each user, as this helps track changes within your account and provides clarity when reaching out to our support team.

With separate user logins, you also have full control over account access. You can assign specific permissions, limit access to certain pages, and easily revoke user access if needed. This article will guide you through adding and managing users in your RedPodium account.

Add A User

Note: If you have multiple products in one account, a user would use the same user login for RedPodium, TicketSpice, RegFox, and GivingFuel and the same permissions apply across all products.

  • Select Users from the dropdown

  • Click the Add User button

  • Enter the name and email address of the person you'd like to add as a user

Set User Permissions

To grant a user full access and privileges, toggle the Grant Full Access with All Privileges to Anything button to On. This will give the user unrestricted access to your account.
