Log Into Your Webconnex Payments Account, Switch Accounts, and Update A Payment Processor's Name

Access and login to your Payments Portal and switch between your Webconnex Payments accounts if you have multiple payment processors set up

Your Webconnex Payments Portal allows you to view your transactions, access a summary of all received payouts, and download payout reports for your pages. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to log into your portal, switch between multiple Webconnex Payments accounts if you have more than one, and update the name of your payment processor.

Log Into Your Webconnex Payments Portal

To log into your Webconnex Payments Portal, first log into RedPodium. You can click the button below to log into your RedPodium account.

  • Once you log in to RedPodium, hover your mouse over the Gear icon on the top right-hand corner of your account

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Find the correct payment processor, and click View Payments Portal

Note: If you receive an error when trying to log into the Webconnex Payments Portal, your user likely doesn't have the necessary permissions to access the Payments Portal.

On RedPodium, users need View, Manage, and Delete Payment Processor Setup permissions to access the Webconnex Payments portal. If you don’t have these permissions but require access, we recommend contacting an Administrator on your account and requesting the necessary permissions to use the payments portal.


Switch Between Your Webconnex Payments Accounts

  • From the Pages screen, hover your mouse over the Gear icon on the top right-hand corner

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Find the correct payment processor, and click View Payments Portal

  • Once you are logged in, hover your mouse over the circle icon in the upper right corner of your account

  • Select Switch Merchant Account from the dropdown

  • Select the Webconnex Payments account you'd like to switch to


Update the Name of Your Webconnex Payments Account(s)

  • From the top menu bar, hover your mouse over the Gear icon in the right-hand corner

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Click the pencil icon under the Webconnex Payments processor you want to update

  • Edit the text in the Reference Name field. This text is displayed when switching between accounts inside the Webconnex Payments portal

  • Click Save
