You can assign bib numbers to your racers easily with RedPodium.
The bib assignment option takes place after the registration process has been completed. The RedPodium system filters the registrations by your page's bib guidelines and creates a report for each assignment range.
Note: This feature is in BETA testing. You can request access by messaging our team with the chat bubble in this page's bottom, right corner. Let's connect about your race!
Which fields can be used for the bib assignment filters?

**NOTE: The field(s) must be completed by your registrants for the filter to work.
How to create Bib Assignment Reports:
Here is where all the magic happens.
Creating the Bib Assignments
1. Edit your RedPodium event page.
2. Select the Onsite Tab
3. Select Bib Numbers
4. Create the filters
You can keep it simple by having all of the racers in a single bib assignment ordered in Alphabetical Order or First/Last name.
You can mix it up and have genders or registration types in a certain assignment range. For example, if you would like to have all the 5K racers be a range and the 10K racers be a different range, you can.
Or if your page used the Wavefield you can set, Wave 1 to be bib numbers 1-100 and, Wave 2 to be 101-200, you can! The choice is yours.
Select each of the drop-down menus to see the options available. What is available to you is what choices were available to your registrants. You do not have to use them all but all of a single field needs to be used, such as Registration Option.
5. Blacklisting Numbers if you'd like to remove them as options
6. Select Save and Generate Bib Report. If you are running this for the first time you will get a list of who made it in with their number and if there were any registrants left out due to not making it in the filter range.
7. If you are happy with the assignment, select the “Preview Bib Assignments” button.
8. You can overwrite a previous Bib Assignment list by checking the box and selecting the “Re-generate and Preview Button”.
- If you are happy with the assignment, select the “commit assignments” button.
9. Bib number assignments are found in the Registrant Export. Run this export with the name field, bib number, and useful data for your team for the packet pickup day.

Vanity Bib Numbers
