Sometimes, individuals need to register on behalf of a company, school, or other organization. Whether it’s a team lead signing up for a group or a registrant representing their employer, you can easily collect the organization name during registration. In this article, we’ll show you how to enable the Organization Name on the billing section of your page, which will display the Organization Name on the Registrations tab, your reporting, and the year-end giving statement (if relevant) when used.

Enable the Organization Name Field
Go to the Pages tab from the top main menu, and click View All Pages
Click the pencil icon under the page you want to edit
Scroll to the billing section, and click the pencil icon on the Organization Name field
Toggle the Enable button to Yes
Toggle the Required field to Yes or No
Click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
