Why do I see the error "Form Save Error- Form fields have exceeded the maximum size: 140000. Please contact support"?
This error means your RedPodium page contains more text than the maximum amount allowed. Each RedPodium page has a limit of 140,000 characters. The character limit includes all text associated with your page, not just the content visible on your event page. This includes text in areas such as:
Any fields added to the registration page
Coupons
Actions
Confirmation page
Confirmation and winback emails
Social & SEO settings
Google Event Discovery
To resolve this error, reduce the amount of text on your page by removing or shortening content in one or more of these areas. Once the total number of characters is below the 140,000-character limit, you'll be able to save your page successfully.
If you're unsure which section is contributing the most to the limit, our Support team can help you identify areas to optimize.

Why is my registrant seeing the error “Transaction does not meet the minimum requirements” when trying to register?
One common reason a registrant sees this error is that the order total is small (typically $2 or less). The order total must be greater than the combined RedPodium and credit card processing fees. If you see this error, we recommend pricing paid options at $3 or more to help prevent this error.
If your paid options are already priced at $3 or more and you still see this error, please reach out to our team for assistance.
