Creating Your Fundraiser
Select Create New Fundraising Page
Give your fundraising page a title, description, goal amount, category and custom web address.
Add your story, your fundraising deadline, your time zone, and photos, images or videos.
These details will help the donor connect to your cause and learn a little more about you.
Select Launch Fundraiser to make it live!
If you signed up as an organization, you will land on a page to customize your Supporter Settings.
Setting Up Your Banking Details
Important! You have 14 days after collecting your first donation to complete the WePay setup or your account will be paused and no longer able to accept donations.
Open your welcome email from WePay to activate your WePay account.
Claim your account by setting up a login.
The password must contain a letter, a number and be at least 6 characters long.
You will be prompted to provide information about your organization. The information provided here will be used to verify the account.
Once completed, you can link up your bank account and select your deposit frequency. You can also request a check payout if desired. You can return to your account anytime to reference or update the information.
