If you're using our in-house payment gateway (WePay), the fees will be deducted prior to deposit and no card on file is necessary. 

If you're using a custom gateway, collecting offline payments, or using the Communication Center, the fees will be billed monthly to a card on file. 

To update the card on file for RedPodium, select Plans & Billing from your main menu. 

You can view and update your payment information. 

To view record of past payments, select Invoices.
