You can filter and export a list of contacts based on Contact Insight data and send targeted messages through our Email Center emails, Email Automation drip campaigns.
You can view individual contact profiles for specific details about your customers including social media profile photo, bio and links when available.
NOTE - Contact Insight data is available for filtering purposes only. The specific Contact Insight data is not exportable. You can use the Contact Insight data to filter and then export the specified contacts with the information you captured in your pages.
Contact Insights Pricing
Once you enable Contact Insights, we'll screen your contacts using their email address in order to enrich them with helpful insights. This includes all of your contacts across all of our products you use. OR you can choose to filter your contacts based on year to only enrich certain years worth of contacts across all products.
Your contacts will be enriched with 3rd party data insights within minutes or hours depending on the number of contacts you have in your account.
On average, 55%-65% of all contacts can be enriched with available 3rd party data.
New contacts are enriched in real-time
You only pay $0.10 per enriched contact plus $9 per month
An active plan is required each month to maintain real-time enrichment and filters
Enable Contact Insights
From the Pages screen, select Contacts from the top navigation bar
Scroll down and click the Get Insights button
Review the detailed pricing screen and click the Start using Contact Insights button
Choose which contacts to enrich
You can choose to enrich all of your contacts, or filter to only enrich specific years. You'll see the number of contacts and cost adjust based on your selection. Then click Confirm sign up and enrichment.
NOTE: Going forward, the system will attempt to enrich all new contacts in real time. You’ll only ever pay for contacts that are enriched.
