Keeping your RedPodium account secure is a top priority. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection by requiring not just your password, but also a unique verification code to log in. When 2FA is enabled, this code is generated by an authenticator app, helping to ensure that only you can access your account—even if your password is compromised.
WARNING: For security reasons, we cannot reset your Two-Factor Authentication if you lose your recovery codes. If you no longer have access to your authenticator app and recovery codes, you will need to create a new user account with a different email address.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
From the top-right menu bar, hover your mouse over the Gear icon
Select My Profile from the dropdown list

Tip: You are required to Print or Copy your recovery codes in order to continue to the next step. Save these codes in a secure location as a backup in case your phone isn't accessible when you need to login to our system.

If you are using 1Password or a similar password keeper tool, you will scan the QR code provided and enter the unique code and click the Enable button
Download an application on your phone to get two-factor authentication codes when prompted upon logging in. We recommend using an app such as Authy, 1Password or LastPass Authenticator. These applications support secure backup of your authentication codes in the cloud and can be restored if you lose access to your device.
Click Enable
Once Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, the next time you login you will enter your email address, your password, and the Authentication Code found in your authentication app such as 1Password, LastPass, etc.
